Hi, I Am Amanda Chocko

Thank you for visiting my site. I’m your friendly  Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and former insomniac turned Sleep Coach. But let me rewind a bit and share how I landed on this path—a journey that’s been equal parts challenging and incredibly rewarding.

For years, my passion was helping amazing women like you navigate the twists and turns of chronic health conditions. I’ve always believed in a holistic approach, using the power of nutrition and lifestyle to tackle even the most stubborn health challenges. It’s been my mission to see these incredible individuals regain control of their well-being. But as I worked closely with these women, I noticed something. Many of them were battling sleepless nights, just like I had in the past.

Then in 2020, as our world was in crisis, my insomnia became chronic. I spent my nights staring at the ceiling and my days walking around like a zombie. It was then that I realized I needed to take serious action. So, I rolled up my sleeves and dove headfirst into the research.

As I immersed myself in the world of sleep science, I uncovered invaluable insights and pieced together a holistic approach that finally helped me get to the root causes of my insomnia. It was a game-changer, and I couldn’t believe the transformation in my own sleep quality.

Now, armed with the knowledge, experience, and a newfound sense of purpose, I’m dedicating my practice to helping incredible women just like you conquer their own sleep struggles. I’ve been there, done that, and I’m here to guide you through the process of reclaiming your nights, one peaceful slumber at a time.
